Sion in the Bridgend store was our assistant . Talking with Sion he has been in the business a very long time and he was very knowledgeable . He had plenty of patience and talked us thro the process. To be honest I only went into the store to browse as the amount of mattresses available totally confused me. Sion was outstanding and explain everything to us, he gave me lots of confidence and I placed the order immediately . Look after him, he is an Aberdare boy and a gem.

Welcomed by staff upon entry into the store. Range of products was good and time taken by staff member to understand our needs. Loved the bed that detailed the type of mattress we required.

The sleep expert was very knowledgeable and patient when dealing with us. He made choosing the right bed/mattress an easy process

Jonathan at the Bridgend store was amazing, got me an awesome price for the bed/mattress id been looking for. Kelly and the team in Merthyr were also brilliant, showed me several options and made me a cracking cuppa while we sat and discussed options. Cant fault the experience from either of the stores!

Good experience we were greeted by Mike, he was polite and helpful without being too pushy, he listened to our needs and then gave us great advice and was very informative regarding the different type of mattresses. We were shown the sleep machine which we used and Mike then explained the results to us , we then tried a number of mattresses and pillows. We then made our choice with mike's help, in fact we bought two Therapur Actigel Plus Reguvenate 2000K. We also purchased the insurance after mike explained the benefits in detail.

There was a wide range of beds available and the assistant who helped us was most helpful and informative and narrowed our selection options by testing our sleeping positions on you individualised test bed. We found the right bed for us quickly and also able to determine the best compromise mattress for both my wife and I, albeit the most expensive available. Our only small misgiving was that generally we felt a little pressurised by all the staff we spoke with making us feel they were under pressure to hit sales targets. That said they were all very polite and friendly and a the end of the day it was always our choice.

The assistant was friendly and helpful. We were offered drinks several times during the buying process. We were not offered more expensive products that we didn't want. The store was clean, covid secure and welcoming.
