Dreams - Bridgend

I came in quite confused about what I wanted having searched for beds for nearly 3 weeks. The sales assistant really helped me to get my head round it all!

We were offered assistance by one of the sales team immediately on entering the store, but not in a 'pushy' manner. We were offered to take part in the sleepmatch mattress technology system to determine the best suitability for my sons, and while waiting for this to be available we were offered refreshments. We were made aware of offers and promotions which we may have been interested in. The salesperson made my sons feel totally at ease, and respected their views and opinions whilst allowing them plenty of time to try out the different mattresses and narrow it down to their preferred comfort. Although pillows were offered, when we asked about particular types he provided samples and explained the variations to enable us to make the correct choices.

Me and my partner were greeted by Baz almost as soon as we entered the shop, Baz came across to me as polite, friendly and professional. Baz was happy to show us a few frames and explain some of the differences as we had had a look online before He was also able to show us the frames we were interested in, in different colours on a large display which has helpful. Baz was kind enough to offer us tea, coffee or water. Baz left us to have a look around but said if you need anything just let me know. After 10 mins or so we decided on a bed frame and Baz introduced us to the mattress match. The mattress match was good fun and helped narrow down the mattress selection as Baz instantly new what mattress to let us test. Baz gave us a pillow each with some paper to cover them and we tested 4/5 mattresses and was really happy with one so we didnt have to keep looking. Baz was patient with us as we went back and forth testing each mattress and made sure we took our time. Once we had decided he took us through the payment options quickly but also making sure we understood.

We were greeted by a member of staff named Mike who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the mattresses. He suggested we use the new bed match to help with our selection. Our safety was always a priority and full explanations were given. We were offered coffee and invited to ask any questions and share any concerns. We were given as much time as we needed to pick the perfect mattress. The delivery date was much quicker than we thought.

We had a very friendly and acknowledged salesman, who couldn’t do enough for us , clearly enjoyed his job . Thankyou Sion, Bridgend team.

Approached on entering the store, Marcus was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Everything was explained clearly, service received was faultless. Marcus clearly enjoys helping people find the best bed for their needs and is an asset to the store. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent customer service staff member knowledgeable friendly and helpful but not at all pushy. I was greeted immediately with no wandering around waiting for assistance. The whole process was speedy and efficient everything was explained at every stage of the process a highly satisfactory shopping experience and I would not hesitate to shop at Dreams again.

Always bought from dreams as the quality is brilliant. Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly Needs to have more options in that some mattresses were only available in "firm" not medium etc and the other way round. Also delivery times of around 3 weeks is way to long and you should offer delivery within 7 days It doesn't take 7 days for parcels from oversees so I fail to see why it takes 3 weeks to deliver in the UK Very disappointing with delivery time However as always I'm very impressed with the quality of the product you sell
