We were met at the door and asked if we were looking for a bed/mattress for ourselves and if we would like to find out what was the ideal mattress for us. We were asked if we would like a drink while we were ‘evaluated’! When our results were through, we were shown a selection of mattresses to suit us. We were offered the opportunity to try our numerous options then when we had decided on our preferred option, we were asked if we would like to purchase just the mattress of a full bed. We were then shown options for divan bases, headboards, colour swatches - all that we would need to make the perfect choice to suit us. Greg was very informative and didn’t use any obvious pushy sales techniques - he was very good at his job and got the sale!

Emma was very patient and showed us plenty of items to choose from.

Matthew was highly competent, friendly and not at all pushy like some other companies. He give us a demo on the bed that advised which mattresses would suit my husband and I. He was very patient letting you try the various beds till we found the perfect one for us. I would highly recommend Matthew and Dreams.

We were greeted immediately on entering the store by Greg who was friendly but not pushy. He found out we were looking for a mattress only and recommended that we spend a few minutes on the SleepMatch bed. This recommended the Firm Tempur memory foam mattress. Despite our initial scepticism we tried this out and found it to be extremely comfortable. We then tried every other mattress in the shop to prove the system wrong before finally returning to the one recommended. Since taking delivery I have used my fitness tracker to monitor my sleep and I have averaged an extra 1.5 hrs per night asleep despite spending the same amount of time in bed.

Because we weren’t hassled as soon as we walked in.We were trying beds then the assistant came and told us about the sleep match,we tried it and then they showed us different beds to try no hard sell, I told them I wasn’t ready as had to decorate room he said the can store it for 3months so I brought it

The colleague who assisted me 'Matt', was very friendly and knowledgeable. I tried out the mattress test which was very helpful. The bed frame I had in mind was 20% off in the sales which was an added bonus! Overall an enjoyable visit and I look forward to receiving my new bed and mattress.

It was a good shopping experience - there was no pressurised sell but very informative with good customer focus - most importantly, the sales reps were attentive at listening & supported our questions with consideration & competency
