The goods we wanted were shown to us by the stores assistant who knew the products well.

As soon as me and my mum walked into the store, first time buying a bed for myself, we looked around and I didn’t have a clue what we were looking for. Greg in the rugby store came over, advised us to use the bed system to see what mattress I needed. He then proceeded to show me all the available mattresses in a medium, waited patiently for me to try them all, even tried a handful 3 times until I made a decision. We then went through headboard options, colour and fabric options, whether I wanted a frame, a divan and confirm how many drawers I wanted. We came back a few days later and ordered with Greg. This was done quickly and efficiently. I felt so comfortable choosing my bed and all my options. He made me aware of student discount available so I saved 10%, inclusive of delivery and installation. Amazing service, will definitely be using again.

The sales assistant was excellent, took time to get to know us, helped us look as various options and gave advice when asked. Wasn't pushy and gave us her full attention. A good experience
