Greg was very understanding and approachable. He suggested options to us, which met our needs, we felt he was friendly throughout , without being over friendly. His level of knowledge was good and we were very satisfied

Myself and my partner were greeted as soon as we walked in by the lovely Emma. We explained we were just looking and she explained were everything was and gave us a chance to look around. One we have found what bed frame and furniture we wanted Emma was right on have to help us out. She asked us about mattresses and offered for us to go try the sleep match which was fantastic! I never thought choosing a matress would be so much fun we both had a great time! Once we done this Emma shown us the top mattresses for us and we settled on the Tempur cooltouch. The overall experience was so lovely. Emma made us feel so at ease and we had such a lovely chat with her and she made our trip in fun but also made sure we had everything we needed. When sitting down to purchase the bed and furniture I was talked through the bed and matress cover and I decided to take the bed cover out. Everything was explained clearly and nothing felt like too much trouble. The store was lovely and tidy and we also got offered drinks which was lovely! The customer service at Rugby is top notch and I would definitely recommend!

Michelle was excellent. Had a great knowledge of all the products. Michelle really listened and advised us well. excellent choice and great prices too. And only a week before we receive our bed. We have used dreams before, you have excellent customer service. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Michelle found out what we wanted, while trying to keep us and our children interested all the time.

Greg, allowed us to walk around the store whilst offering advice from a distance. Once needed he was right there.
