In the Rugby Store, Michelle delivered excellent customer service as soon as we walked into store and until the moment we left. She helped us, a young couple buying their first bed, by giving us a chance to use the Sleep match. From there, she showed us the products best suited to our sleeping. We found that Michelle made this experience very easy and helped clarify all parts of buying the bed. We couldn't recommend her services more.
