Was made welcome when entering the store no pressure but staff available when we needed carnt wait for my new bed and mattress we spent a lot of money but it was well spent

Emma, was very helpful when needed and gave us enough space to have a private chat when needed. She was very accommodating with our two children whilst we were busy making decisions.

The colleague was honest and polite and had my Interests and needs in mind, not thinking about making a quick sale. He was honest and even saved me money by pointing me in the direction of a very similar but cheaper mattress. Overall he was a top guy with very good people skills.
