We felt that the lady who assisted us was very knowledgeable, very friendly, but not pushy. Her name was Michelle at the Rugby store. She invited us to use the computer simulator machine (Sleepmaster ?) which was a unique experience in itself. Very good We spent a little time selecting the mattress we wanted to buy. We have a wooden bed which we purchased from a Dreams store in Uxbridge in 2005, so only required a mattress this time. Very satisfied with the service . Looking forward to the mattress being deliverd on 6th July Thank you

The lady who served me was very polite and understanding my needs she was very helpful and while we where sorting my delivery dates she also told me if I wasn’t ready for that time just to ring and she will sort it all the staff where very helpful and polite we where offered a drink and you don’t get that everywhere

We knew what we wanted as we had looked on line and it was at a real bargain price. The assistant was very helpful and the order placed and he also gave us some information regarding another item we spotted whilst we were there, namely some bunk beds, but unfortunately they were too big for the space we have available.
