I visited this branch of Dreams, having purchased a mattress from there previously. I was greeted by Mark and he took his time to show me suitable mattresses, following my participation in the sleepmatch machine. He wasn't 'pushy' and didn't try to sell me the most expensive mattress. Instead, he was guided by me and my needs. I ended up purchasing a mattress and pillows, over the budget I had expected but I was very satisfied with how I was treated during my visit. The Covid health and safety guidelines were in place and adhered to at all times. I would highly recommend Mark and this Dreams store if needing assistance in purchasing a matress.

From walking into the shop I was asked immediately if I needed assistance. The man introduced himself as mark and was very helpful throughout my visit
