He was knowledgable, polite, informative, professional, left us to look at the beds when appropriate, was not pushy as some sales people can be. He is a credit to the store and company. Products we have purchased are suitable for our needs and we are looking forward to having them delivered so we can enjoy and have a restful sleep.
