Kam was very attentive and helpful from our store entry right up to sale of the products I purchased.

Was greeted my Mac who couldn’t be more helpful, offered tea/ coffee and helped me pick a great mattress

I came away from your store having had a great customer experience and feeling like I had a great deal on the mattress that I eventually purchased. I was received all of the advice and answers to my questions that I needed and was allowed to take my time trying mattresses out for comfort and was also given a drink whilst I was choosing. Mac your sales assistant was very amiable and knowledgeable and pointed me in the direction of an excellent mattress in the price bracket that I was prepared to pay and was not at all pushy for a sale. Excellent customer service!

Very friendly polite staff jackie was very good with understanding what I was after and explained things clearly even offered me a drink and told me I can take as long as I need to decide what I want. This store has a lovely warm welcoming relaxed atmosphere and made feel I would definitely shop here again. Thank you Jackie and the other staff I spoke to was excellent aswell.

Great staff to help find exactly what we needed within our budget. Also was aware of our time constraints and worked quickly but was still very professional.

Jackie was really helpful; once she had ascertained my requirements she was careful to ensure that I saw and tested all the appropriate mattresses and even offered to make a drinkj for my companion and myself. She explained the delivery and collection/recycling of the old mattress in very clear terms.
