We were highly satisfied with Dreams and Trevor who dealt with our questions and order. There was no hard sell involved and Trevor was very knowledgeable about the products and the services offered by Dreams. We discovered he as been doing the job for 32 years and his experience shows. We were given the opportunity to have our sleeping position analysed and from this we tried all the mattresses recommended. Pillows with protection were offered to make the experience as true as possibly and we were advised to reduced the selection to 2/3 mattresses and return back and forth until we were completely happy with our choice. Trevor explained we could exchange to different mattress under your comfort guarantee. Water was offered as we were in the store for a while. No pressure to buy, and quality advice was given to select the mattress and bed combination we wanted. We were initially just looking to price up, but the way were we treated we needed no extra time to search other stores as we felt valued as customers.
