We made an appointment to visit the store. the colleagues were really helpful and understanding with my 16yr old son wanting to chose a new bed. we were offered cold water, which was really appreciated on a hot day. The amount of choice of both bed frames and mattresses was excellent,

We were greeted by Mac when we entered and he helped out as much as he could. The blue X matress we purchased he was happy enough to un pack and let us try it before buying even though there was one very similar on the shop floor. Whilst we waited we were offered a drink and was given a disposable pillow case for the pillow so we could try all of the different mattresses. Their covid practices were also on form, the mattresses were sanitised after every test. Sneeze guards were used around the desks and they also wore face shields whilst dealing with us. Very happy with the experience on this visit to dreams and very happy with the service Mac provided.
