The young gentleman that assisted me in the store was very polite and welcoming, made my mother in law feel comfortable asking her if she wanted a drink or anything as mum was feeling a little breathless getting up and down the stairs. The bed we bought for my mother in law was perfect for the lower back pain she suffers with. Overall with the discounts given and the delivery dates available was very impressed with the young mans customer service skills, Was very helpful and considerate especially towards my mu, he’s a big credit for your company Dreams!

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They were knowledgeable and assisted very well.

We were treated by the salesperson with respect and he had a good knowledge of the items we went to look at. It was a very pleasant shopping experience.

Trevor was absolutely amazing. Such a friendly guy, super helpful without being a pushy in your face sales assistant. Knew a lot about what he was talking about, massively helped us and pointed us in the right direction without being too over the top. So quick and easy to place the order.
