Hi this is my fourth bed I have brought and have been very happy with each one in different rooms . All staff have been trained very well , and very polite it’s lovely to go some ware with such knowledge of what they are selling

Mac/Max was very attentive, he was talking to my 14 year old daughter as it was her bed and not just to me as the person making the purchase. My daughter felt included and listened to which meant we found a bed suitable for her needs.

The only shop we found the bed we liked at a reasonable price, Trevor who dealt with us was a really nice guy. All other shops seemed very pushy and clingy when we went in yet at dreams we went in found what we wanted then asked for help and we’re not forced or felt pressured

Jackie was very professional, knew the beds to show us once we had used your technology which suggests the best match of mattress. She was never pushy and we felt safe and comfortable in the store.Her knowledge of the products enabled us to choose the best bed frame and mattress for our needs. We went over the road to a competitor but did not receive the same attention as we did at Dreams. Hence we ordered from Dreams. My husband had spotted another bed for our main bedroom and Jackie gave us a demo - it had a tv at the end of the bed. We will certainly be returning to Dreams in the near future.
