Went into the Coventry store looking for a bed to take away on the same day and although that didn’t happen I was shown a clearance section where delivery was a lot quicker and so I got my bed in 5 days and I am now having the best sleep I’ve ever had.

Went to Dreams at Seafield - Geoffrey was an amazing sale colleague. He had masses of knowledge. He was safe and following COVID guidelines which made us feel very relaxed and safe. He gave us good advice about waiting for our mortgage offer and gave us his card for when we were ready - we did not feel pressured. He allowed us time to go around on our own and then aided us when we required help. He made us feel so welcome and really made the experience for first time buyers so easy! We can’t thank him enough, we went on to order our items over the telephone as we did not want to miss out on the sale if we waited until the next available day off of work to go back to the store.

Mac was friendly and helpful but without feeling we were being forced into making a purchase. We knew what we were after before we came in and Mac didn't push any other sales onto us we really appreciated.
