Mac was lovely at your Coventry gallagher retail park. Very friendly & helped me straight away. He found me the perfect mattress after suffering with a bad back due to my mattress now having wear & tear. I loved the bed I lay on to know which mattress was right for me. I thought that was fantastic. Thankyou & looking forward to Thursday for when my new mattress comes

Excellent service from start to finish. Trevor really knows his stuff and wasn’t at all pushy. We’ve spoke on the phone several times as he’s keeping me updated on my delivery as well.

Our salesman (Trevor) was knowledgeable, polite, easy going and very professional. We were accommodated thoroughly throughout our visit, including being offered free drinks and while we deliberated our options never felt pressed for time or made to feel pressurised into making decisions.
