The assistant was friendly and helpful without being pushy. he gave us the information we needed and left us to discuss things on our own, but was nearby if we needed advice. The computer bed is a great idea. Takes a lot of the guesswork out of the scenario. Brilliant.

Trevor who helped us was incredibly nice and knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we had, he was able to steer us in the right direction about which mattress was best for us.
