Advisor was very helpful and knowledgable, not pushy. Happy to leave us to look around and step in when questions needed answering. I found our advisor to be very pleasant and would definitely approach him for help again in the store if needed.

Our experience at Dreams was incredible due to the service provided by Trevor at the Gallagher branch in Coventry. His knowledge was amazing and he tailored the whole experience to us, understanding what we like, our budget etc. He was friendly and helpful without being pushy or overbearing. He really is brilliant at his job and is the reason I'll be keen to visit Dreams again the next time we need a bed or similar products. The range of beds in Dreams is great and we had a good time looking round and trying different options out after using the sleep match.
