Staff very friendly, Mark went through a range of different options to help with my back using the pressure system which impressed us greatly. Service was really good and we were offered drinks while we discussed what we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.... spent lots of time explaining and showing us the various options/combinations.... dealt with Tommy who was a very pleasant and helpful young man. Also dealt with Mac who was also friendly and helpful

We visited the Dreams shop in Gallagher retail park Coventry. We were helped by a gentleman named Trevor. Trevor was very friendly and helped us find the mattress suited to us. We used the sleep motion bed, before we used it Trevor sprayed it as other costumers used it before us. So He was using making sure of our safety. He use the safe social distance rules. Trevor did not pressure us while we were deciding which mattress to use. We would like to thank Trevor for everything he did for us while we were in Dreams. We would recommend Dreams because of Trevor.
