Excellent customer service with friendly knowledgeable staff.

As soon as my partner and I entered the store we were looked after by Jackie. She welcomed us and asked if we needed any assistance, and asked us if we wanted to use the Sleepmatch system to find the perfect mattress for us. Once this was completed Jackie then offered us any refreshments and showed us which mattresses we would be best suited to. We were thoroughly looked after and made sure we were given the best service and experience to find the right mattress for us.

The assistant was really friendly and knowledgeable in the items we were looking for. No rushing, a very easy job sorting our needs.

Assistant listened to our requirements spent time showing us the sleep calculator and all the options.

Kam was very knowledgeable and friendly. Helped us pick out a good mattress and frame for our new home.

Very high level of customer service, attentive, friendly staff. Well laid out showroom with plenty of space to allow for social distancing
