Mac our assistant from the shop was brilliant, really helpful and really knows how to help and guide his customers in making the the right choice I feel. We brought our old bed 11 years ago from the same shop and was the only place we were going to buy our bed. Cannot fault the service and assistance that we received. We have brought a tempur mattress and an ottoman bed frame and I have no doubts that the new purchase we be lasting us a very long time. I even no already that when the time comes for another new bed we will definitely be back to the dreams shop to make our next bed purchase.

We feel confident with our purchase because we were given time to make of decision. Our sales assistant made suggestions and made us aware of all the options but wasn’t pushy and just allowed us time to try the different mattresses.
