Excellent customer service, my needs were well met. I placed an order over the phone - Trevor from Coventry store took the call - very friendly and helpful. I had to cancel my order i placed online as i made a mistake - also very friendly customer service. Thanks. Look forward to receiving my order

Friendly service. Didn’t have to wait long for the phone call to be answered. Solved issues I had with having a new address when applying for finance. When explaining what items I’d like to order the guy knew exactly what I wanted - product knowledge was good.

We place our order over the phone due to the national lockdown restrictions, Trevor who took our order from the Coventry branch couldn't have been more helpful and professional in his handling of the order. His product knowledge was second to none and setting up the finance deal was plain sailing, very impressed and looking forward to our new Tempur sleeping experience.
