Trevor couldn’t have done anymore to help me. I had been in pre-lockdown and seen a clearance bed. During lockdown I called the store and he happened to be working still. He placed my order over the phone as he’d still got the clearance bed.

The salesman Trevor was friendly, polite and very helpful especially for a Sunday afternoon. He confirmed everything with me making sure I understood everything & wasn't pushy on the added extras. He threw in a complementary warrantee which I thought was a lovely touch and very unexpected. Also when I was having issues with my credit card payment (problem with the cc company not Dreams) and had to pay via debit card instead, Trevor very kindly offered to look in to what he could do to reduce the deposit amount to make things a little easier on our finances. I honestly can't tell you how impressed I was with the service provided.
