This was the second time I went back to Dreams so I knew exactly what I wanted. I was very fortunate to talk to the same guy as before. I also managed to arrange my items being delivered After my carpets arrive. So on the whole I was glad I went there.

The advisor was a lovely gentleman who rang me back as requested, and discussed the options and choices, and was very helpful and knowledgeable, it helped me decide which bed and mattress type would be best for my needs, and i was impressed by the ease, speed and good customer care i received. I will definitely choose to buy from Dreams again, and mmore than happy to recommend.

Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. Product knowledge. Showed and explained the different mattresses and different functions. The whole shopping experience was exceptional.

I placed an order over the phone and because I could talk to a sales person they advised me on the range of products that might suit my needs. If I had purchased on the internet then I would have had to make a judgement without the extra infirmation the sales person gave me.

Trevor couldn’t have done anymore to help me. I had been in pre-lockdown and seen a clearance bed. During lockdown I called the store and he happened to be working still. He placed my order over the phone as he’d still got the clearance bed.
