The service from start to finish was great Mark couldn’t have done more to find me the right bed. It all just got a little frustrating when putting my order onto your system as it kept freezing as apparently the internet kept crashing.

Very polite and pleasant staff asking if we would like a drink, Tea, coffee or bottled water, and not pushy which is good.

Staff member who dealt with us was very helpful. Listened to our requirements and enabled us to find the right product for us both. Refreshments were offered and plenty of attention to our needs given. Staff member was very knowledgeable.

We had specific requirements for our new bed and Mac attended to our needs without heavy sales pitch. Open and honest all the time allowing us to decide with the information he provided on the product.

We wasn't pressured into buying, wasn't rushed, explained about the product. We bought our previous bed from dreams and it's been the best bed ever, that's why we returned. Friendly staff. Would recommend. We shopped at the Coventry store.
