I was very pleased with the overall service and attention that I received at Dreams (Coventry Branch). Thomas (Tommy) was very helpful, knowledgeable and understanding of my requirements. He even went to the trouble of looking up the type of headboard I was after and made sure it matched the bed that I was going to purchase. ( as the original headboard that came with the bed was not to my taste). He just went that extra mile which always makes a difference. I have not received my order yet therefore I cannot make any comments at this moment
