The member of staff was really helpful and didn’t feel pressured

I was greeted well and politely, Tara was lovely and asked us what we was looking for, then took us to the test , to see which mattress suits us best, it was reassuring knowing the best mattress that’s suits our needs and being shown the importance and effects sleep can have on good health. Tara was a brilliant help and hope she gets the credit deserved for outstanding customer service and interaction skills, she directed us to the perfect bed style we was looking for. I look forward to our bed and new mattress and will definitely refer dreams with family and friends.

Staff ere extremely helpful and entertaining no hard sell just untested in getting us what we needed and mindful of our budget

The colleague was lovely, we were shopping for a mattress for my daughter and she was made to feel like a princess. Every thing was Covid safe and we were asked if we wanted a drink. Her first experience in a proper grownup shop really impressed her.

Sales assistants are very helpful and understand our requirements.

Kam who welcomed us was very polite and helpful. Mac was very knowledgeable and helpful when answering questions on our choices. We were offered drinks and all the staff were great with my 6 year old who does not find bed shopping that exciting!!

Managed to get the bed required for the size I have available at home. The service was fast and friendly.

We were greeted on arrival. Hand sanitiser was available at entry. Social distancing rules were in place. Sales assistant was available straight away. Asked our requirements and directed us to the bed we needed. Advised on mattresses available and gave very good advice. We went away to make our decision, came back and asked for the same assistant, who took our order, making the whole process from start to finish very pleasant, and efficiently. We visited the Dreams Store on Gallagher Retail Park, Coventry and the sales assistant was Trevor. We cannot fault our experience at all and Trevor was very knowledgable and friendly. Excellent job, we are very pleased with the ordering selection and process. We await delivery of our new bed :)
