We was welcomed at the door and asked how we was and what we was shopping for then shown to the sleep experience machine wich we was very happy with and it was comfortable then whilst we was getting shown the mattresses that was recommended for us the lovely lady asked us if we wanted a coffee but because the staff room door was locked and she couldn't get in so she offered to get me and my partner a Costa coffee from the shop on the complex we had a wonderful time and a good laugh and found our perfect mattress thanks to the sales lady who delt with us we will be recommending to everyone we know

Tommy was excellent at Coventry Gallagher Retail Park, very informative, friendly and wanted to help. Explained the types of otterman beds and showed different options of mattresses. Pleased with the service and other staff members helpful and chatty, you can tell the Coventry Staff go the extra mile to help their customers and work well as a team.

Friendly service without being pushy. We took the mattress test and then Trevor showed us the suggested mattresses etc. We didn’t choose one of them but were shown alternatives that we liked better.

The time and advice given by Dreams advisor was very clear and Trevor explained all the details and took time to take us through the different options offered. We were given time to choose the best options and then ordering wS made clear and easy to understand. Also quick to order and received a delivery date. Trevor from the coventry store was very efficient and helpful and understood our needs. In the end we were happy with our choice.
