The whole experience was very easy. The store didn’t have the bed I was looking for but they bought it up on the screens in store talked me through all my options and even offered to call round local stores to see if they had it. I didn’t need to do that was was confident I’d picked the right one with Macs help.

We were made to feel welcome once I store. We were asked what we were looking for and then the gentlemen took us on the route to find our mattress. The bed machine was very different and helped a huge amount to understand the sort of mattress we needed. Once decided we placed out order straight away with no hassle at all. Trevor, the gentleman was very helpful and was there to answer any questions from start to finish. The delivery date was very acceptable to us so over all a very good experience. Many thanks.

Tara, your staff member, greeted me as soon as I arrived and was very knowledgeable and helpful. She advised me well, and answered all my questions. She was happy for me to go away to think about my options without giving me the hard sell. I returned later in the day to try the mattress again and place the order when I felt more confident in the decision.
