Our divan was delivered this morning. Due to difficulty with computers while ordering I was called back the next day, much later than expected to make payment. At this point we opted for assembly NCI paid the additional £25. When the bed was delivered at 0810 this morning (expected 0846-1045) the delivery men rushed in and out. I told them I had paid for delivery but they said I hadn't and they hadn't booked a longer time slot (it wouldn't have taken them long). Nor did they hang around for me to open my email to show them confirmation of my payment for assembly. I had paid for assembly as I have a back injury.

Approved for finance on line but at point of esigning error500 came up so that's two hard searches recorded on credit file, go in store and get declined so that's now 3 , assistant does it again with Creation who I thought she was doing it with in first place but didn't and it then went through, so we now have 4 hard searches which has messed up our credit score. No delivery date given , didn't ring me back I had to call, then I was told bed will be 4-5 weeks (we have no bed at min and I'm disabled) but they'll ring me back with date for mattress , no one has , I'm not happy at all with the service and won't be using Dreams again

As previously advised, tried to purchase from shopping basket, 4 times. Had to phone to place the order.

As an NHS worker and partner who is a serving Police Officer we were miffed that you only offer military discount. We both risk our safety everyday yet only army get this discount? Doesnt seem fair or equitable to me. I phoned and placed order over phone to be given 5% discount. Nice to know we're worth 5% less than military. If my partner wasn't insistent in the item I would have paid more elsewhere out of principle. Ordered mattress elsewhere instead. Wouldn't recommend to colleagues on this basis.

A 20% discount was quoted but not applied. I found when I got the pdf that the price I’m expected to pay is £100 more than the price quoted on your website!!!!!

Money was taken from my account on my first order although it was unsuccessful and now a week later my money still hasn't bee refunded

I went shopping at chandlers ford branch on Thursday 7th of May, and never meet such an unhelpful man. I asked advice and never got answers bar "up to you". Wouldn't entertain a price match, and offered me items that didn't did match my needs. Was rude and argumentative which is why I refused to take items away with me but spoke to a nice helpful man do a telesales order once I couldn't beat the price after I drove to a competitor. I would have paid up to £50 extra just so I didn't have to give dreams my money. I brought everything else from a competitor bar the frame which at £99 couldn't be beaten. Closet style/quality was £150 approx dearer at competitor. Such a shame that Dreams obviously are doing so well at chandlers ford to turn down money. My mum brought her items from a lady called Emma there a few weeks before and said she was fantastic, so different to the service she witnessed me get.

I was happy with my experience in the store when I ordered the headboard for collection. However disappointed I had to order the mattress and divan online in order to have a free delivery. Having ordered the mattress and divan online I then needed to change the delivery date, so I phoned up the helpline to do this on Easter Saturday. However I was told it would not be possible until Tuesday and I would have to phone back then. I needed to ensure I could get another delivery date that fitted in with my work and could not wait until Tuesday as they were short staffed. So I asked the lady on the phone if I could cancel the order and then re purchase it with a delivery date that suited me. She said I could cancel it but I would be unable to make a purchase over the phone on that day (which I thought was unlikely). So I cancelled my order. I then phoned up again, minutes later, and spoke to a different advisor who was happy to take my order (with a different delivery date). I found it quite ridiculous that I had to go through this process just to change the delivery date and that I now have to wait up to 10 working days to get a refund on my original purchase.
