Trevor the salesman who assisted us was very knowledgeable and gave us the time and space to try and see all the different types we were looking at. He also advised us of the offers on at the moment, which helped us focus more on the decisions we made.

The rep was very helpful and friendly. I ordered two complete beds including base mattresses and headboards and was disappointed that no discount was offered as I spent some £1800 !

Our assistant was very knowledgeable gave us the option to try the automatic bed to see which was most suitable for us didn’t rush us and explained everything

On the three occasions that we visited dreams, staff were friendly and very accomodating. Their knowledge of the products was impeccable and they were very approachable yet not pushy.

Trevor at the branch in Coventry Gallagher Retail Park was lovely and friendly. Very experienced and knowledgeable. It is nice to have Sales people with experience who are not young. He is an asset to dreams and not pushy like majority of sales ppl.

Overall my experience of ordering our new bed an mattress was very good. We were greeted by a member of staff named Mac. He was very helpful and went through everything we needed to know and made us felt very comfortable and helped us find the bed and mattress that I have always wanted. Very satisfied up to now with the service that was provided to us by Dreams. We are now just waiting for our bed and mattress to be delivered.
