I ordered the 2'6 mattress, if I had realised it was not a stock item. I would have looked elsewhere.

We had the mattress delivered on Friday29th November but the pillows have still not arrived. The drivers said someone else would bring them. We had a delivery notification from Hermes which we presume is the pillows as it does not say but it says left in porch, we do not own a porch and there was no parcel on Thursday and the photo of where it was left is just a blank picture, we were not expecting anything else so we presume the Hermes people have failed to deliver and returned them to you.

Was lied to about having the sleep machine for only 2 months. I used the machine 5 months previous.

Didn't want memory foam so we were only shown 3 mattresses that would be suitable. All in the high price end. Was interested in a Hypnos mattress but we were just told it would be too firm. Feel we have ended up paying 1700 pounds for a mattress when there may have been less expensive options. This is particularly annoying when your 40 day sleep guarantee doesn't refund the difference when exchanging for a mattress that potentially may cost less.

The pricing was misleading particularly recycling which was under big type 'FREE'. But you wanted to charge. The pricing of the bed was also incorrect. In addition you wanted to charge for unpacking. Your advertising was totally ingenious. Possibly advertising standards are being breached.

Jackie who served us was lovely but the manager was incredible rude and spoke down to us. This would put me off buying from you again

When I went to the store I was extremely satisfied, someone was available to show me the bed I saw online, show me similar products and different options. however when I placed my orders online, I had nothing but problems. References 888D451981 888D451948 You give an option for a separate billing address but this causes problems.

Don't know why I have been went this as ordered on the phone. Had to call in as post code not recognised online. Calling in was painful mostly because I could not hear your operater due to her screaming kids in the background

I tried to place an order online but it kept timing out. I rang customer service and was told there were system issue (issue #1) but could order over the phone. The customer service was friendly enough. My dissatisfaction stems from the fact that I still don’t have a delivery date, despite dates being available online (systems issue #2) and I tried to pay a deposit but the card machine wasn’t working (Systems issue #3). It seems to me that some investment in the systems is required as I feel somewhat dissatisfied.
