Iwas very happy with the services I received

Trying to complete the purchase on line with interest free credit was difficult this is not a reflection of the service received by the representative

Service delivered by Pavan Rishi (When ordering) and Mark Hemitt (after delivery) was exceptional. It is obvious that these two chaps take real pride in what they do. Thank you once again guys! However, the reason the overall score is low is directly due to the delivery of the mattress. It was just plonked in my hallway and when i ask for it to be taken to my bedroom they made several excuses and left. I contacted Mark at the showroom aswell as customer services. The latter was not of immediate help but Mark along with a colleague acme to the house later that evening and took the mattress to my bedroom with about 10 minutes. Shows you that if you really want to do the job properly then you will without any excuses like the delivery men. We suffered alot that day as we have a disabled daughter who moves around from her room to the lounge but because the mattress was blocking her enterence she was left to stay in bed the whole day. Extremely sad about that.

Only able to pay minimal deposit over phone. Given dreams bank details to transfer remaining money but company wasn't recognised. Couldn't pay online as delivery address different to billing address
