I bought 2 good mattresses, One double size and one king size and they were Quite expensive and was maybe expecting mattress covers For them due to my purchase. Maybe I have too high expectation for the service...

The only reason I didn't mark highly satisfied is that I feel there is always room for improvement and complacency should always be avoided, this is not to say I am not happy with experience in visiting Dreams I went there without any prior knowledge of which bed/mattress I wanted so I was advised well and I am happy with my purchase.

Nothing exceptional stood out! The gentleman that greeted us was helpful and polite and answered any questions we had, the Bed we wanted to view was upstairs & he told us exactly where it was.(he didnt come upstairs with us) He failed to tell us it was on promotion with extra money off (from what was on display). It was only when i rang the helpline number to order, They told me. If he`d have told me in the store i probably would have ordered then! I will say the lady at the customer service desk (phone line) was excellent, She was particularly helpful.(Jacqueline)

The tv bed range is not very goof and the prices of the beds were still expensive.

Well orders a double bed for my son and was looking for a mattess for around £100 The staff member did show me one which was ex display and gave 40%ff which I think was good. Then the deliver change came in of £39 to me on a part time wage was expencive. When I got home I visited the web site and saw I can have free delivery I was SOOO ANGERY. Called the number 08006525090 and got through the back wear I bought my bed and mattress from. The staff member said he gave us VIP TREATMENT but I should have been asked the question and options about free delivery and not really bothered if was delivered outside the house or to the bedroom. It's a shame really. It a scam really I think. THE OPTION SHOULD BE GIVEN TO ALL CUSTOMER. BE TRUTHFULL AND THE CUSTOMER WILL BE TO

Difficult to say highly satisfied for a shopping experience ahead of delivery of the order but the service was friendly, professional and efficient.

Staff were approachable, and patient while we were trying out several mattresses. Not once did we feel uncomfortable, we were even offered a hot beverage.JacKie explained the differences in the mattresses, in the end we just brought a bed frame. The lady who dealt with us was absolutely fine with our choice and made us feel at ease. We returned the following day to make our purchase.
