Delivery could be quicker. The assistant was very friendly. Due to the store having a refurbishment it was not the best experience.

My initial visit was to your website, and when I tried to proceed to checkout, there was a server error message from your end. I tried the next day and it was the same. I ended up having to call your helpline and make my purchase 'old school' on the phone. However, the person who helped me introduced himself as Max. He was very helpful and I was able to complete my purchase, and he also arranged a very convenient delivery date for me.

Everything was fine that's the way marked you

Th staff were knowledgeable and friendly, they advised us on the different types off mattresses that were available.

It would have been nice to have received the matress within a week of ordering.

Did not Know a lot about the Mattresses we were looking at as she said she was only part time

Was satisfied with my overall experience however disappointed when I was told I could have free delivery as I am a returning customer, when it came to paying & I gave my military service discount card which entitles me to 10% discount overall I was then told they could not give free delivery as well, seems very unfair!

We had 2 telephone conversations with Dreams approximately a week apart. In the first conversation we were told that a particular item (bed) was not available any more in King size and only in Super King as it was a discontinued line - a week later on the phone we were told that there was plenty of availability of the King size (it was luck that we called again as we close to buying another bed from elewhere!). We eventually palced an order for the King size but were a little surprised and couldn't understand the fact that the price of the Superking was £100 cheaper than the King for exactly the same model and were disappointed that Dreams would not match the price of King and SuperKing over the phone to keep a customer happy for such a nominal amount (£100) considering the bed eventually cost over £700. These are the reasons for my rating, I was happy with help/advice provided by the Dreams represenatative on the 2nd call even though the pricing discussion was not satisfactory.

Would have loved to see the product we purchased before paying for it. Even the pictures were Tiny. Apart from that we had excellent service from Mac and he did demonstrate the robustness of the products very well.

I was not highly satisfied because after placing the order in store and paying £39 for delivery, I found you can order the same item online from Dreams and get free delivery! I asked the sales assistant about the charge and she said the only option is to pick it up from a main depot. I find this a bit of a con as why should customers lose lose out for visiting a Dreams store? It's certainly put me off ordering from the shop in future. Anna was really helpful in store.
