Dreams - Coventry

The store is on par with other High St outlets with the prices being very similar. Having shopped at Dreams previously this seemed a logical place to start.

Assistant left us to browse at our own speed but was attentive when required

Trevor who served us was knowledgeable and gave us advice as to what we were looking for. He gave us time to test the mattresses and space to talk it over. We were very satisfied.

I had to go back instore to find out if my temper matress protector would be delivered along with the bed, I was told then when I ordered the matress it should have been given to me at the time (the matress was ordered on a separate occasion to the bed frame)

I felt the staff although helpful was alittle creepy.

I was very satisfied with the customer service from Trever Monaghan.

Delivery will take 5 weeks for a mattress

Brilliant service in-store however I was quite upset to discover when I left the store that if I had took out my phone and placed my order online there was no delivery charge! At £39 I find that quite steep comparing it to being free if I'd just ordered it myself. I appreciate the store staff were just doing their job by charging as standard but it out a dampener on the overall experience for us.
