Only that there was not a huge range of colour options for ottoman bed - just 2 beige & dark grey.

Two items Price: always cheaper options but never give 100% on this in surveys Quality: N/A as we haven't taken delivery of bed yet

I was satisfied with my expectations regarding the store and staff. Store was kept clean. Staff were polite.

We walked into the shop and pounced immediately and followed. I would have liked to browse comfortably and then ask for assistance. A hello would have been sufficient

Price not great. Delivery not as quoted. Tried to sell unnecessary insurance

Because the itemail was delivered and I am not able to fit the massage motor's to my bed myself as I am disabled. I wasn't told I would have to do this I was to understand that who was goinot to deliver it could fit it. They came by courier. Now I have a item which disabled pensioner with no family to fit it.

I thought it was quite expensive.

The advert said discounts on products up to half price but in store i did not see thiis type of discount

The only problem I which can think of is the fact that the earliest date for delivery was 10th December for our mattress.
