Had to find staff to place an order.

Two orders,but have to await weeks for 3ft mattress as not in stock

the experience itself was good but the delivery time was not good for me, as i have moved into a house with no furniture, in light of argos delivery or amazon this is very poor

L got order on phone

Obviously would like to have paid a little less, so that was the only downside!

Would have preferred an earlier available delivery slot

I actually spoke to a member of staff on the phone he was very good and was able to take my order in minutes. I had difficulty in placing my order myself on line not realising that Dreams do not use PayPal for paying for the item the male staff who took my order after going through customer service informed me of this and was supportive. It was lovely speaking to a real person, who knew what he was talking about, friendly and polite also patient.

I rarely give top marks

Delivery time text message 12:45-2:45 arrived a 6pm but was notified by the driver
