The sales assistant was very friendly, knowledgeable and used his own experience to really help me with my purchase. He did not patronise me when I explained this was my first purchase of this type. The only let down is your computer system, this was very 'old school' and time consuming. As much as your colleague was friendly and offered us chat and a drink - the whole process as too long winded and would have been much easier on an app/ ipad etc.

Only reason was the that we were looking for a quick turn around on delivery of items and the earliest was 4 weeks which was a little shocking.

No reason, except the price of items were over our budget

My first couple of calls were not productive. I could only place an order when someone rang me back.

Better and clearer diagnostic of what beds you need dependent on your needs i.e. sleep style, body type, conditions etc etc. Interactive in store tool would be very useful. Takes away the need for people to leave the store to

been told that the mattresses did not have any springs by a lady store assistant on my visit the day before my purchase, but realised that there was spring pocket as I open them at home. I have decided however to keep my purchase

Bed frame desired had an eight week lead time so had to choose something elae

Excellent person helping me on the phone but in the end I would have liked to be able to see the sofa bed on display in store before making such a big purchase and would have preferred to have gotten it delivered within two weeks of purchase.

Cannot compair with anywhere else .
