If one is highly satisfied in all of one's responses it dilutes the feedback. So try to be highly satisfied where it is and satisfied with other items.

Would be nice had I be given a chance to change my mattress after 14 days as I bought this from clearance stock.

Just one colleague on duty so a little bit of a wait

The only complaint was there was not enough staff to cope with all customer needs

I tried several times to order a bed over the internet but each time I got to the section asking me to select storage, this did not work and I repeatedly received a message asking me to complete this part of the order. At first I thought it might mean that the bed with storage was no longer available, but after I had tried to order several other beds and come up against the same problem, I realised that I needed to phone for help. This was extremely frustrating as I wasted a lot of time before phoning. However, when I eventually spoke to a member of your staff, I found her helpful and was very satisfied with this latter part of the experience.

We only went in to look and came out having bought a lovely new bed for our new home. Staff were efficient and helpful and the process took just the right amount of time.

It would have been better to have a comparative analysis of various Tempur Mattresses (in fact most the popular memory foam mattress) to be out on display. Otherwise it becomes a bit confusing during the trials. More choice of headboard for the bed would have been better. Also some of the frames had limited color choice.

There is always room for improvement

I managed to obtain want I needed & I am satisfied. Thank you.

Sales team a bit over powering, very helpful but you need a bit of time on your own to look around and not to be followed around.
