We all satisfied at this store Tha cashier are very friendly I regamed to mum and my sister

Friendly assistant, but it was very clever to offer to deal with the sale by phone as I just had a query and after completing the sale I went back to the website and then realised I had missed out on an additional £50 Bank Holiday discount that the "friendly assistant" failed to mention. I wonder why? I think I can guess.

Did not spend too much time in the store the phone experience was absolutely fine and provided the order is completed and delivered when they say it will and the product is in good order I will be very happy. Not yet delivered. !0th April.

When we arrived at Dreams, we started looking at beds but didn’t really know which ones we should be looking at. A member of staff greeted us as he was passing, but carried on walking. We carried on browsing, but dare not look at the beds near where the members of staff were together, chatting & laughing. We both feel anxious around crowds, especially if they are laughing together. We started walking back retracing our footsteps, when Jackie, arrived for her shift and asked if we were being helped and that’s when our visit changed for the better.

Items I am wanting I have to wait a long time for delivery of them .everything else was ok but disappointed on length of time I have to wait to get them delivered

The delivery times are quite restrictive for people who work Mon-Fri as they are forced to pay an extra £10 for delivery and have to wait for an open weekend as it is only every other week.

Because this survey is about self agrandisement of the company, like all other companies.
