Dreams - Coventry

Assembled the bed myself and was not satisfied with the quality of the parts. Screwing a metal screw into plastic parts made them all split. Poor quality parts for an expensive bed.

We were a little unsure of the price of the bed as on the label it was extremely clear. However the advisor (Trevor) at the store we visited (Gallagher retail park, Coventry) was very friendly and patient. He explained the colour coding of the beds and also the pricing differences.

The price only but I just think beds in general are ridiculously expensive. Nothing against dreams, you were never going to leave me highly satisfied on this occasion! Staff however were excellent and the ease and speed of ordering was also excellent

Not as much choice as I would have liked in the style of bed I wanted.

I wasn't impressed with all of the extra charges for taking away the old mattress, assembling the new bed, Saturday delivery etc. and the size of those charges

The young man knew what I wanted and was very helpful

Took a bit too long to complete the order. Personally, I'd rather make a decision, pay, and leave rather than answer a lot of questions about warranties ect.

Visited the store first. Most staff were not really bothering us at all and chit chatting and getting ready to go home. Later on young man came over to us he was so courteous helpful and most of all knowledgeable. That changed my overall view of this store. Thank you

Price was higher than I thought

I would prefer the prices to be lower but they were still affordable and so I was satisfied
