I phoned the next day and enquired about the defence discount, and was told it could be given, and I would receive an email.....I am still waiting....

I have not yet received the item, so I can not say whether or not I am highly satisfied.

Quick service and freindly informative staff

Price in basket changed when went to checkout, was told this is probably because I added items on a flash sale day. But there was no notification when adding the items that they were in a flash sale. If I had known I would have checked out sooner. So ended up paying more than I had first anticipated

The sofa bed Ive ordered I wanted to physically see but it was only available on line I decided to order over the phone to a very helpful member of staff but the delivery date quoted had a longer wait than originally given when checking online. I deliberately went to place the order with 2week delivery time in mind but the actual delivery date was nearly 3 weeks.

I was satisfied

Find the costs of the mattress’s high, we got a bed frame on a short deal so balanced the overall costs

Well, there wasn't anything wrong but you're beds and prices are no better nor no worse than many others.

Because highly satisfied is hyperbole

We initially went to Nuneaton store & found the staff really unhelpful none of them approached us to offer help or assisance so we ended up going to Coventry store where they were much better
