I am struggling in this time of uncertainty and I saved hard to be able to purchase the bunk beds for my boys as it was a lot of money I thought that dreams would assemble it when it arrived but was told I would have to pay a further £99.00 which I was upset at as I can't afford another 99.00 so I don't know how I am going to put it up by myself

You told me a time and date for delivery so I struggled to take old mattress off to be told it will not be delivered (by e mail)late in afternoon. I am missing a matteress on my bed.
