Jackie offered us drinks, she was very attentive, could answer all of our questions and was extremely knowledgeable. She did not force a sales on us however gave us enough information to make an informed decision. The sales process was easy and efficient and Jackie did what she could to get us a good deal. We have already recommended this store based on the service we received from Jackie.

From walking into the store not knowing what we really wanted, the staff were very helpful and not too pushy. Jacqueline, met us, asked if she could help, and then guided us through a few options. Each time she gave us details but plenty of time to try, think and ponder. We asked various questions, all of which she answered easily, as she had great product knowlegde and although we ended up spending much more than I had in my mind when I first walked through the doors, we ended up with the perfect bed for us, plus the right bedding to compliment it and a good deal, as she asked her manager to "do us a deal". Great staff, great products, what more can I say.

Mac, the sales advisor was extremely knowledgeable and he took time to understand my needs. As a result he advised me on a product that best suited me rather than just selling me the most expensive. I also felt at ease in visiting a competitors store across the road - there really was no pressure to buy which made buying more appealing!

Online purchase but called for advise which was provided by a lady who was pleasant and very helpful.

Hi’ there was no lift for my mother who is disabled and extremely hard to get up stairs to see the other products. Also not very good January sales deals. As only wanted beds not the extras.

I came to dreams after seeing on tv that you had a sale,but I was told that the sale didn't apply to my purchase, I paid the full price.

Sale items were not well advertised in store. Full price items were prioritised.

Item not in stock have to wait nearly 2 months for delivery, item price is higher that expected

Only because the headboard of the bed was damaged
