After a morning of visiting numerous places looking for a single bed for my ill mother which required certain requirements, no other place I visited greated me and didn't seem botherd to ask or approach me offering their services. As I was annoyed at the lack of basic customer services displayed by these other places I visited dreams in Coventry as the final place on my journey as had been let down from all other places, as I entered store was greated by a new starter, who greeted me well, listened to what I was looking for and explained as new would ask colleagues for guidance, no problem we all got to learn. After a while of him running round looking for what I needed, specific requirements. We found what I hope will be the perfect bed,mattress and headboard for my mother. Yes, paid more than I could have, but not botherd, customer service I received in my opinion, quality. And got a free bottle of water, much needed after disappointing waste of a morning visiting other places who obviously didn't want my money and just want to chat amongst themselves.

Mac at Coventry Dreams store was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and dealt with my order quickly. I was able to quickly apply for finance and choose assembly and aftercare products. I was offered hospitality, and social distancing rules were fully adhered to. I was able to ask questions related to my products and try the mattress with a pillow to lay down on. I will always go to my local Dreams store.

As soon as we went into the store Mac made us aware he was there if we needed him. He offered us tea and coffee and helped us understand what mattress was best for us. Thanks to Mac we came away very satisfied with the choice we made.
