Mac spent over half an hour ensuring that the mattress we purchased was the best one for us. Thanks Mac, we were not intending to buy that evening but just to look but we were so impressed with your professionalism that we changed our minds.

Friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff

Was assisted by a colleague called Kam in one of the Coventry branches, and I must say it was like actually walking into a dream, the bed was perfect and the mattress to die for!! With the 10% discount if you spend over £750 in store as well, well that just sold me a dream!! Couldn’t be happier now I’m going to get the best sleep I could ever dream of! Delivery date wasn’t too far ahead either and with a little extra they were able to assemble the bed and get rid of the old one too!! Such hospitality!! It really makes up for its name… what a dream.

Jon was very informative and very patient with us whist deciding on what bed we needed. He wasn’t pushy at all which we liked.

All staff at Coventry store were super helpful. I have cancer and the staff showed a lot of empathy. The manager came to my house to bag up the bed/mattress, he also did my neighbours who made a purchase at the same time. Brilliant service. The delivery guys were also amazing although it is clear that when the warehouse receive a request from in store information does not seem to get the the delivery team.

As soon as we walked through the doors of the store we were greeted by friendly and informative staff that did not make us feel pressured and were there to help when needed but allowed us to take the time to browse and try out the mattresses. The store was very clean and appeared to be very well run. When we were ready to make a purchase a member of staff was on hand immediately to talk us through the process, explaining it very clearly and making the purchase as smooth as possible. The overall service we received in the Dreams Gallagher Retail Park, Coventry store was exceptional and I would not hesitate to recommend Dreams and this particular store to friends and family. This store is highly commended for their excellent service and attentiveness to their customers.
