We received fantastic support from the staff in the shop they didn't pressurise us but we're able to answer our questions. We were provided with coffee and encouraged to take our time making sure we were happy with our choice. Trevor was extremly helpful taking time to help us

The advisor was very friendly and helpful. He told us the difference between the choices we were given and the benefits and disadvantage of each. He listened well and was very helpful. We were offered tea or coffee etc. We got the right product we needed and all the great things to go with the bed.

Very friendly but not pushy staff, approachable and very informative, knew exactly what I wanted when I explained what I was looking for and did not feel pressured into buying my new bed and mattress. Very pleased with the service I revieved and the extremely polite and welcoming staff.
