The sales assistant Mac, was very informative about the products I was interested in and went on to purchase. He listened to what I was saying I needed and showed me the different types of mattresses and explaining the differences, answering any questions that I asked. I did not feel pressurised to make a decision quickly, he was very attentive, friendly and helpful. Brilliant.

it was the first time myself and my partner had purchased a bed together, we both had different needs but the stores assisstent was more than happy to explain and allow both of us to try out which ever bed we liked and guided us as to the comfort that both of us required, nothing was to much trouble pitty more stores are not like that. Thank you.

The service we got was spot on, Trevor (Coventry store) was very helpful he had alot of knowledge about the product.

Very knowledgeable sales assistant. Not pushy

We attended the store on two occasions. First visit we were dealt with by a female member of staff, dark hair, approx 5' tall , European accent. Very helpful, good explanation of products. 2nd visit we were dealt with by Trevor. Also very able and helpful with a pleasant disposition. Not pushy which is important to me and an appropriate sense of humour. Both members of staff I would suggest are valuable assets to your company.

Good service

The staff member was accommodating and gave helpful guidance to help us decide between buying a cheaper mattress for our spare room or moving our own mattress into the spare room and buying a more expensive mattress for ourselves. We only had a choice of about 4 or 5 mattresses due to our requirements to the assistance saved us scaling the entire shop to find what we needed. She engaged with our daughter and offered us tea and coffee

Trevor, the assistant who helped us in the Gallagher retail park store, Coventry was extremely knowledgable, approachable and well mannered. He gave us time to make our own decision but ensured it was an informed one. He then led us through the purchase in a swift manner all whilst maintaining conversation to ensure that we felt comfortable throughout. He was brilliant!
